Tour Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Tour prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

Payment Processing

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted
• Payment processing fees may apply

Customer Cancellations

• More than 30 days: Full refund minus processing fees
• 15-30 days: 75% refund
• 7-14 days: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund unless extraordinary circumstances

Our Cancellations

If we cancel a tour due to weather, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or tour guides
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

Travel Behavior

During tours, you agree to follow all safety instructions, respect local customs and laws, and behave in a manner that does not endanger yourself or others.

All content on our Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Adventure Knit or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.

Adventure Knit acts as an intermediary between travelers and tour operators. While we strive to ensure quality experiences, we are not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of third-party tour operators
• Travel delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
• Personal injury, property damage, or loss during tours
• Failure to meet personal expectations or preferences

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific tour in question.
