When you pay, the money doesn't go straight to the operator. It sits with the platform and is only released to the operator after your tour has ended. If a tour is cancelled or a refund is due, the funds are still there to refund from. Consistently low-rated operators have their payouts held longer while we review.

The Verified badge means our team has reviewed the operator's identity documents. Operators without the badge haven't completed that review yet — we show you the difference instead of pretending everyone is vetted.

Every listing also passes an automated completeness and quality check before it can be published, and tours that earn a high quality score carry a Trusted Tour badge based on real data, not marketing.

Each operator sets a refund policy — how many days before departure you get a full refund, when it becomes partial, and when it ends. We show those exact terms on the tour page and at checkout, and they're locked in for your booking.

If you cancel from your dashboard, we calculate your refund from that policy and show you the precise amount before you confirm — no surprises, no email back-and-forth.

If a tour doesn't happen as promised, you can raise a refund request from your bookings. The operator responds first; if it stalls, the request escalates to the platform team, who can execute refunds from the held funds. Card chargebacks are handled through the same review process.
