Tour descriptions, itineraries, prices, and availability are provided by each tour's operator. We work to keep listings accurate, but we do not run the tours and cannot guarantee every detail. Depending on the terms of your booking, the operator may: Modify an itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons Change prices for future bookings (the price you pay at checkout is the price of your booking) Cancel or reschedule a departure if minimum participant numbers are not met, in which case you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy Substitute accommodation, transportation, or activities of a similar standard Images are provided for illustration and may not show the exact locations or experiences of your departure.

Tours booked through Adventure Knit are delivered by independent operators, who may in turn use other suppliers, including but not limited to: Hotels and accommodation providers Transportation companies Local tour guides and operators Activity and attraction providers Restaurant and catering services Operators and their suppliers are independent businesses. To the extent permitted by law, Kanban Technologies LLC is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or any loss, damage, delay, or injury arising from their services. Claims about the delivery of a tour should be directed to the operator; you can also use the refund request and escalation process described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Travel inherently involves certain risks and uncertainties. By booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept that: You are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (passport, visa, permits) You must comply with health requirements including vaccinations You should obtain adequate travel insurance You must assess your own fitness level for chosen activities You are responsible for your personal safety and belongings We strongly recommend consulting with healthcare providers and checking government travel advisories before departure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanban Technologies LLC shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities Personal injury, illness, or death except where caused by our negligence Loss or damage to personal property Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events Civil unrest, terrorism, or government actions Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking shall not exceed the fees Kanban Technologies LLC retained from that booking (the amount you paid less the amount paid out to the operator).
