8 Days Deluxe Lodge Safaris: A Tanzania Northern Circuit

Arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, proceed through Immigration, collect your baggage and proceed through customs. After exiting the Customs & Immigrations Hall, please look out for a uniformed Simba Adventures Driver / Guide holding a Simba Adventures Banner with your name or tour name on it. Your guide will assist you with your luggage and transfer to Arusha Impala hotel, followed by safari briefing.

Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, and flamingos. Afternoon game drives. Set out on our first wildlife safari. Leave the park at late afternoon to the edge of the Great Rift Valley overlooking the Lake Manyara park. Overnight stay at Lake Manyara Serena hotel.

After breakfast, set out to shoot images of Lake Manyara, one of a chain of Rift Valley lakes, and the wildlife that flocks to its shores, a morning safari around Lake Manyara. Visit a Masai village and continue to the Ngorongoro Crater. In the vibrant light of afternoon, shoot portraits of local Masai. Then get acquainted with this fascinating culture during a talk by a Masai chief. Overnight Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

After breakfast, descend 2,000 feet to the base of the crater, where volcanic slopes shelter almost 30,000 animals. We may have the opportunity to photograph elephants, rhinos, buffalo, cheetahs, lions, hyenas, hippos, wildebeests, and much more of East Africa’s spectacular wildlife. Then capture views of the vast crater from its rim. Return to the lodge for overnight - Sopa Lodge.

Drive to the Olduvai Gorge where, Louis and Mary Leakey discovered Homo habilis, regarded as one of the earliest members of the human genus. In 1999, Meave and Louise discovered a 3.5-million-year-old skull and partial jaw believed to belong to a new branch of early hominid. Continue to the central Serengeti, and on a late afternoon safari, catch a glimpse of the wildebeest migration. Overnight at Sopa Lodge.

Take advantage of the early morning light to photograph the savanna on a sunrise game drive. Then return to the lodge for breakfast and some time at leisure. In the afternoon, watch for wildlife as we travel through the beautiful scenery of the Serengeti park, enjoy a stunning view perspective as you soar over the plains of Serengeti. Today you have another game drive ranging more far depends on location of the big herds of Wildebeests migration. Also you can take an advantage of balloon ride over the sky of the plain Serengeti. Overnight at Sopa lodge.

Take a morning flight from Serengeti to the city of Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be taken to the Impala hotel for a day room and packing. Depending on your flight time table, transfer to the Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home. This mark the end of our service.
